My top 10 baby products:
(Disclaimer: This is a very broad list and hasn't even touched the broad topics of breastfeeding, clothing, cloth diapers, "gear", etc...)
1. Moby Wrap
pros: fun colors, various tying options, easy to use once you get the hang of it
cons: almost impossible to tie without dragging the ground
2. Ergo baby carrier
These carriers are amazing. They are machine washable and easy to use. The Ergo distributes child's weight evenly so back and shoulders don't hurt. And husbands don't mind wearing them! (Bryan is picky.) Plus, the way the baby is positioned in this sling encourages good posture (unlike the Baby Bjorn, where the baby is "hanging" by their crotch instead of positioned in a "seated" position).
3. Baby Jogger "City Mini"
You need to take A LOT into consideration when deciding on a stoller, but this one has fit our needs perfectly. We didn't care about having the "SUV" style stroller that often comes with a car seat as a set. I wanted something (a) lightweight (b) easy to fold (c) compact (d) easily maneuverable (e) something that could grow with our baby. The things that weren't important to me were cup holders, large trays and large storage areas. The City Mini fit our needs perfectly - It is very lightweight; I can fold it with one hand; it is so compact when folded that I could take it on a bus or plane; the jogger style makes it easy to maneuver even in crowded coffee shops or stores; and with the purchase of the infant car seat adapter we have used this stroller since Cam's birth and will be able to use it until he grows out of strollers. And the best part? It's affordable!
4. Miracle Blanket
Cam sleeps the best when he is swaddled, even now at 5+ months old. As he got stronger and could wiggle out of many a swaddle, this blanket became a lifesaver.
5. Aden & Anais muslin wraps
These are great to carry everywhere! A swaddling blanket, nursing cover, blanket, floor mat, pack-n-play sheet - there are so many uses for these blankets. Yes, they're expensive but SO worth it!
6. Bebe Au Lait or Hooter Hider Nursing Cover
These are great especially during the infant stage when there are always people around and baby eats constantly. Still use and love mine!
7. Medela Pump in Style Advanced Breastpump
If you plan to breastfeed, this is a must have!
8. Mustela products
We love their bath products.
9. Itzbeen
This really helped me because I have a horrible memory and I don't wear a watch!
10. Wee Gallery Art Cards
Not necessarily a must have, but these are great!

I love your list.
Luna Lullaby (http://lunalullaby.com/) makes a muslin blanket similar to #5 and it was available for retail in Charlotte.
I so wish I'd known about the City Jogger when we were looking because its a truly great find!
And how much do I want the wall decals from Wee Gallery!!!
We also agree about the Bjorn v Ergo. We sold our Bjorn Sprot in favor of the Ergo.
You have great style and taste.
WOW! I feel very honored. An entire blog post for me! :) Thanks SO much for the info - now I need to go look into a couple of these things! :)
So, I guess this wasn't for me. =)
